General Information
Vendors & Exhibitors: Register Now for the Eureka Springs Jeep Fest, Saturday, June 11th! Make connections, build your brand! Promote your crafts, products, art, etc. Booth space staring as low as $25.
**Before submitting your registration, please send email to 3boffroadllc@gmail.com with Business Name and items you will sell/demonstrate/etc. for approval.
--We are no longer accepting food vendors.
--We are no longer accepting Ladies Apparel unless it is gear or specialty.

Tentative Schedule:
FRIDAY: Arrivals, Early Check-in & First Vendor Set Up
SATURDAY:
8AM - Vendor Set Up / Registration Open
9AM - Photo / Parade Downtown
10AM - Vendor Row, Music, Food, Silent Auction Bidding
11AM - Jeep Contest/Judging
12:30 - Obstacle Course Competitions
1-4pm - Trails
5pm - Winners Announced, Music, Food, Games, Vendor Row, Entertainment
SUNDAY
Sunrise Cruise
Vendor Booths will be located at the 3B Off Road Amphitheater (On The Rocks) and will be outdoors so plan appropriately.
Booth layout/assignments will be provided prior to event. Vendor responsible for their own materials/equipment (tent, tables, chairs, product, marketing materials, etc.)
Overnight vendors have the option to reserve a campsite which will be located within campground area or choose an appropriate vendor booth size for their camping accommodations. (e.g. if you are camping at your vendor booth, please consider the size of your vehicle/camper/tent/etc.) Add additional details of your set up in the reservation form.
Health & Safety
Rain or Shine or whatever else, the event will go on!
This is an outdoor event so masks are optional. Please continue to practice social distancing. We ask vendors to use same disinfectant process as implemented in your stores. Stay safe y'all! <3

Trail Ahead’s mission is to teach primarily underserved children (and other community members) the importance of trail safety and maintenance. “Trail Ahead Project" teaches kids how to ride ATV's/UTV's/Dirt Bikes, rider safety, recovery, and the essential skills necessary while building their confidence.
“It’s important to reverse the trend of kids staying indoors. We focus on getting them outdoors which provides them with the physical, mental and emotional benefits they need while building the next generation.”
Your support and contributions will enable Trail Ahead to increase their reach, sponsor more kids and provide them with the gear and equipment necessary.
