Welcome to Eureka Springs Adventure Park, Arkansas's exciting hidden gem! We offer adrenaline-packed adventures at our park in the Ozark Mountains. Plan to spend your next trip with us for a romantic getaway, family vacation, time with friends, or a family reunion. You'll find everything you need at our park for an experience that you, your friends, and your family will remember for many years. Our 150-acre Arkansas adventure park has everything you need for a fun time, with one of the best campgrounds in the Ozarks, camper rentals, trails, Polaris Side by Side(SxS) rentals, and Polaris Slingshot rentals. Our amphitheater, the On The Rocks Amp & Bar, has spacious grounds for concerts, special events, and gatherings. We have over 50 miles of off-road trails rated from intermediate to extreme. Whether you are new to the sport or experienced with riding an off-road vehicle and other motorized vehicles, we've got something for you. Each spacious site at our campground and RV Park has full or partial hookups with plenty of privacy. Bring your tent, truck camper, or 45' motorhome, or rent a camper from us.

You'll find limestone caves, hiking trails, water crossings, rocky trails, plenty of water to fish, canoe, kayak, swim, and stand-up paddleboards. Secluded and peaceful with winding mountainside streets, Eureka Springs, Arkansas has flair like no other town. Streets are lined with Victorian homes hugging cliff sides, and the entire downtown area is on the National Register of Historic Places. Yes, each full hook-up campsite does. However, primitive camping is outside the campgrounds and designated site areas so a burn ring is not provided.
Does each site have a burn ring?
Yes, you can either purchase firewood bundles to be delivered to your site by texting 479-330-5010 or you can pick up fallen sticks/wood from the trails.
Is Firewood Available?
Our system keeps us in check with inventory levels. As long as you are able to book, you are good to go.
How do we know if sites are available?
Include that detail on the booking form when submitting your reservation. If the site you have requested hasn't already been reserved, that's the site you will get. If it has already been reserved, you will receive an email from one of our booking associates.
How do we reserve a particular site?
You will receive an email prior to your arrival with site assignments. If you have a late arrival and the office is closed, you will receive an additional email with after hours check-in information. Check-In Process: Check-in is not required. Once you receive your email assignment, you are welcome to come in and set up your camp.
How do we know what site we are assigned?
Yes. All 4x4b rig types are welcome. We have dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, SXS/RZR's, Jeeps, Modified Rigs and Rock Crawlers that come out to enjoy our trails. Even senior drivers who love the outdoors can join in, making the trails accessible and enjoyable for all experience levels.
Can I bring my own rig?
Online or use our convenient self check-in.
How do I purchase a trail pass for my personal rig?
Trail system is open from daylight to dawn, however, for our campers it is open for night riding. Whereas office may be closed, the trail system is open all major holidays. Any campers riding on trails after 9pm are asked to keep noise levels down and do not drive around campgrounds unless going to/from your site. Be respectful.
What times are the trails open?
Yes, we have signage on most all trails with icons indicating Easy, Moderate or Extreme.
Is there signage on the Trails?
AVENZA Mapping App. It is a free download.
Where can I download the Trail Map?
The most common mistake people make is going straight to the search bar without clicking on the "STORE" icon. When you do this, it is actually searching your saved maps.
Why can't I can't find the 3B Map in AVENZA?
Yes, make sure your location services are on. It will allow you to see where you are at all times and even track your own trails.
Is the trail map interactive?
Reception is spotty in areas.
Is there cell service on the trails?
Yes. It runs off GPS/Satellite not phone service.
Will the Map work out on the trails?
Yes. Due to high demand and logistics, reservations are required for rentals. You are able to book up to one hour before start time.
Are online reservations required for rentals?
No. Due to other reservations and prep time needed between rides, we are not able to extend time.
Will our reservation time be extended if we arrive late?
Rental unit, helmet, goggles and 1 tank of gas.
What is included in the rental?
Yes. 1 tank of gas is sufficient for a 2 hour or 4 hour ride.
Will 1 tank of gas be enough for my scheduled ride?
Yes, if the duration you are seeking is not available as an option, please send inquiry to 3boffroadllc@gmail.com.
Can I rent a unit longer?
Regardless of how long you plan to go, 2 hours is the minimum. You would just be returning the unit early.
Can I book a ride for less than 2 hours?
Your card must have $1500 available credit at time of ride. Your card is not charged unless you do return a unit with damages.
How does the $1500 insurance coverage work?
We go rain or shine. Some people prefer rainy conditions. However, we understand that no one enjoys riding in storms or bad conditions so we will work with you. We do offer a one-time courtesy schedule change so please rest assured we will work with you on a solution.
What do you do if it's raining or have inclement weather?
It all depends. 2 hours is good for tourist that are looking to get in other attractions during their stay 4 hour is good for intermediate or advanced riders, as some feedback is that it takes about an hour to really get acquainted with the machine and realize it’s capability. But again it just depends on your preference! There are many factors to consider. If riding with kids that have a short attention span we’d recommend the 2 hour If you plan to take your time to explore the property along the way, such as, cave exploring, hanging out /taking breaks along the way to enjoy scenery, picnic, etc., then we’d recommend the 4 hour. With all that said, we have people who camp with us and bring in their own rigs that will spend 3 days on the trails or longer. If you are still in question then we recommend the 2 hour. We can extend if we have the availability.

My girlfriend and I rented the Polaris Expedition for half a day. What a blast! Amazing machines, they keep them clean and well maintained. We had so much fun exploring all the trails. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly as well. Highly recommend them for rentals or off roading your own rigs.

We absolutely loved our stay at Eureka Springs Adventure Park! If you’re looking for a peaceful campground away from the noise of busy roads, this is it. The setting is quiet, relaxing, and a great place to unwind.Unfortunately, we weren’t able to explore the four wheeling trails during our visit because of the rain, but that’s just the nature of this time of year. We definitely plan on coming back so we can experience everything the park has to offer.The campground has a rustic feel while still providing all the conveniences of full hookups, which made for a very comfortable stay. Our campsite was spacious, beautiful, and one of the nicest we’ve had.One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Next time, hopefully the weather will cooperate so we can enjoy the using the jeep out on the trails!

My Fiance and I had the BEST TIME. We came down for our engagement/his birthday trip. A lot of places were closed the days we came (Tuesday-Thursday but this place is 7 days a week. Wonderful sweet people & BEAUTIFUL land. We both felt like little kids again. 10/10 recommend

If only Google allowed 6 stars.... Wife and I spent a few days in Eureka Springs and decided to rent a 2 Seater Polaris XP1000 for 4 hours. We took our time learning several of the different runs and trails, stopped for a packed lunch, was able to use the restrooms at the campgrounds when needed, and had no problem spending the full 4 hours there. What a great time and the staff were awesome! Very reasonably priced for the time spent.

My husband and I frequent 3B off road park and they have amazing trails for both beginners and seasoned riders. Their park is well maintained and the staff is seriously the best! Bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen at an off road park. 3B does side by side rentals and we even rented slingshots from them...that was so much fun as well! I highly recommend checking them out!!

My wife and I went on a weekend getaway for our anniversary trip. We rented a 2 seater Polaris for two hours and had a great time! The trails were very fun, surprisingly we were the only people on the trails! So we rode every trail the rentals were allowed on! This experience had me looking up side by sides for sale online once we got back to our cabin! Thank you for the experience!

First time at this park today with my truck. I have a full-size Silverado. They did give me a heads up that my truck would likely not be able to make some of the turns on the trails due to its size. They did offer a refund. This was greatly appreciated but I did end up giving it a shot and really had no issues! I was able to complete both beginner and intermediate trails. There were times where it was tight though. Will definitely be back! I would recommend having a truck with front and rear lockers at minimum if planning to do any intermediate trails.

Nice fun filled day of trails for everyone in the family. They have green, blue and black trails This is good for experienced and beginners rent or bring your own. By far the best thing to do in eureka springs!!!! No joke. The receptionist was so sweet and informative. Polaris's for rent were brand new 2024 models. And very capable machines. Like billy goats they jysr go where ever the steep trails take u its insane hiw good they do. The trails are amazing steep and challenging ones to easy rollers. What a great day. Very easy on the picket book for such a fun time. Id definatly say this is the top thing to do in eureka.

Rented two slingshots for 24 hours and this experience has me planning many more trips here! Awesome experience from beginning to end, we cannot wait to come back here! Had the time of our lives! Trish and Michael were fantastic to work with. I couldn't figure out how to reserve 2 consecutive days, so when I saw Trish the first morning, she said she would work it up and take care of it, and she did. She also explained to me how to do it next time if I wanted to. Michael explained the operation and safety features of the Slingshot and off we went!!. When we got back, we left it where they told us. The next morning, when we arrived, they were both cleaning the Slingshot, and off we went again. Such a fun ride!! And Trish and Michael were the reason we had so much fun. Thank You to both of you!!

Fun place! We just spent the day at the park. We brought our own machine and it was our first time testing our skills and the machine capabilities in a rugged off-road environment. The trails are marked pretty well. There are trails that are easy (green), medium (blue), difficult (black), and super difficult (double black).

We brought the camper up to stay here and are highly impressed. The spots are pretty spread out and the bathrooms are the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a camp ground. The hosts met us pulling in and guided us to our spot and even came and checked on us after we were settled to see if we needed anything. We also did a couple hours of off roading where the gentleman were very informative and kind. The trails were marked very well and we had a great time as beginners. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Our RV site was at the bottom of a steep hill so make sure you have a tow vehicle that can pull you up a steep grade on the way out. The UTV trails were awesome, the amphitheater was a great time and the neighbors were all super friendly. Will definitely be back next year.

Have a great time on the slingshot. Accidentally prepaid for goggles and didn't use them, when you get the sun shade it really cuts down on the Wind. Trish is going to get me a refund on my goggles. We recently visited the off-road park at 3B Off Road & RV Park, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. What a BLAST! Rented a slingshot for two hours with these guys and we had such a fun time. Took a scenic route an hour out and then turned around for the return drive. Check in was seamless, a little training on the vehicle and we were off. We also rented a side by side a few years ago with these guys and that's a whole other adrenalin rush! Either way, great people, and a great product / service!!!

So fun! I loved that we got to ride trails on our own. There were some good ones!! My only suggestion would be better signage. We drove in circles for awhile because you can’t tell what trail you’re on after the first sign. There were trails we didn’t find until 3 hours in. Other than that really great!!

Great place, 38 ft motorhome, 20 ft trailer with Harley. Easy sites to back into (there were 3 motorhomes). There is a great big area to park trailers. Huge sites not on top of each other. Nice people, close to all the riding. Would definitely stay again

Had an absolute awesome time here. Rented a 2 seater unit for 2 hours and was highly impressed with the customer service, ease of setting up, and the freedom of driving around the whole property. The rentals are brand new Polaris Generals which provided more than enough speed and power to navigate the hills and trails. Would 100% rent again the next time I’m in Eureka Springs.

This family owned business was spectacular. You can tell they work hard everyday to maintain this place. We rented an RV. It was really clean and perfect for my family. It had a master and bunkbeds for our little boys. Outside it had a fire pit and 2 camping rocking chairs. We also rented a Polaris general 1000xp SxS. We had a blast in it. We saw their resident female turkey every evening that our kids begged to see her and all the trails were so much fun. We will definitely come back!

My friends and I rented two side by sides. Check in was a breeze and they allow you travel the trails independently! I think the trail signage should be updated and made to be a little more clear, but other than that, we had an excellent time! The side by sides have Bluetooth speakers so you can jam out also! We’re absolutely going to rent from them again in the future. 🤘🏼

Highly recommend staying here with your RV, the sites are clean and easy to access with plenty of space to yourself. They are very spaced out so you’re not sitting right next to your neighbors and you have plenty of trees to provide shade. We stayed a week and brought our own sxs and purchased an unlimited trail pass so we could ride trails at our leisure. Absolutely loved our time here, the staff was very helpful and even provided communication through text msg if I had any questions or issues when the office was closed. The town of Eureka Springs is very close so supplies are not far away and cell service is ok for being located in a valley. We will definitely be making a return trip, they usually have a concert for July 4th with fireworks so I may plan a return trip then.

We had a great experience at 3B Off Road. We parked our RV in one of the beautiful mountain-view sites for a week and spent the days exploring Eureka Springs and riding the trails. There are dozens of miles of trails each clearly marked with difficulty ratings and a digital map is included making navigation easy. I was able to do most of the “green” trails easily in my stock F-150 — for the harder trails you can bring or rent a Side by Side or other dedicated off road vehicle. Good campground amenities and the most friendly/hospitable hosts you could ask for! I can’t wait to return.

I used to think that people drove these slingshots just to show off. Man! Was I wrong! These things are an amazing ride. I had a fantastic time. Awesome place to ride! We are from Texas and we came to town on a whim. We met a sweet lady who is a waitress at the Three Bird’s cafe who recommended this place for riding! We were able to walk right in and get a Razr without calling ahead (not sure if this is always the case). The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful in explaining the trails. The equipment was top notch and the price was amazing! We ride in Colorado all the time and pay twice as much! Plus she said if we brought our trailer and dirt bikes we could park the trailer on her property for storage while we are vacationing! We will 💯 be back! Oh and there is cute little things to find on the trails which I thought was a nice touch. We found a little fairy village on one of the trails!
